TYRO Update

10-September-26

10 September 2026

Dear Parent & Guardian,

I hope this message finds you well and a huge thanks to everyone who has signed up to TYRO, we welcome your support. As you know we have now moved to a new system called TYRO which has replaced VSWare & Way2Pay. This transition, in the main , is to improve and streamline our communications for school information for parents and guardians. It will also enhance our promotion of student attendance which is vital for student success. We have now transferred all information on VSWare to the TYRO system.

We remind you to please download the TYRO App if you have not already done so. (you will have received a link in your emails to set up TYRO) Please delete the VSWare App as it is no longer in use.

If you need any assistance, please contact the School Office.

From tomorrow, all payments will be through the TRYO App as we are no longer using Way2Pay for payments.

How to see Fees on TYRO

2 You will be brought to the Fees and Payments screen and the Due tab. Here you can select one or more fees to pay by clicking on them

3 Once you pay a fee, you will receive a receipt by email, to the the email address associated with your account on TYRO

You can view previously paid fees in the Paid tab

Fees for 2026-27

Please note the following fees apply to all students with the exception of TY, as they are billed separately for TY.

The School Levy for the School Year 2026-7 is:

100 Euro per student

80 Euro for any additional sibling.

There is a family cap of 300 Euro

The Levy supports a range of costs that include but not limited to :

ICT Licences: Each student has access to the Microsoft 365 suite of resources

TYRO Access: Facilitating communication and tracking of student progress

These contributions to the school levy is essential for maintaining the quality and breadth of services we offer to all our students. Thank you for your ongoing support. Together, we can continue to provide an all round educational experience for our students.

Wishing everyone a very successful year,

Regards
