Barnardos Parent Survey

I'm getting in touch with you about our parental wellbeing survey, which we're running again this year. Thank you very much if you completed our last survey.

Last year, it found that a substantial amount of parents regularly felt overwhelmed, anxious and burned out.

Many suggested that this negatively affected their children, but unfortunately there was inadequate support available.

We hope to use this year’s findings to demonstrate to a new government the issues parents are facing in relation to their wellbeing, the impact it can have on parenting and children, and therefore the additional supports the government needs to put in place.

I'd be grateful if you could spend a few minutes filling in the survey. It will make a huge difference to us in influencing the new government, and to make sure that increasing supports for families across the country is high on their agenda from the very outset.
